Stupid Car

Well just when you think you have it right, you get slapped in the face, by an engine. Months of planning and work thousands of dollars and many man hours later the mustang was finally driving down the road. It was even running great. So imagine my surprise when driving down the road at 30 mph and it loses power and the engine sounds like it's going to explode. Well this happened awhile ago, I have been mad at the car since and haven't worked on it.Finally took the valve cover off and there it was a broken push rod! Took the head to the machine shop and the valves are not holding vacuum. Monday will make a week at the shop and still haven't heard a word, I hate waiting.
