Invasion of the ANTS

So you bring home some pot luck food for your wife, she eats it and leaves the plate on the counter. I was being lazy and left it on the counter for about an hour. Came back too clean the kitchen and found a trail of ants from behind the cabinets to the plate. We found out that windex kills ants on contact, and cleans up afterwards. C'YA

JEEP foot prints

Had to add these two, the event was sponsored by JEEP. These guy's tried to score points with the judges by using the JEEP name. C'YA.

Sand Castles

If you ever go to the U.S. open Sand Castle competition on Imperial Beach take a TAXI to get there. Imagine trying to cram 200,000 people in too about a mile and a half. We spent a long time trying to find a place to par, about an hour looking at the sand and 20 minutes walking the vendor's ally. We had a good time, Erica swears that some one stole her feet, and gave her fat feet in their place. We took it nice and slow just wondering around, Laters!! These were just some of our favorites.

Our House

It's been awhile since I put anything new on here so I thought I would add some pics of our house. I didn't get any good pictures of the living room so you'll have 2 wait for those. Here's the master bedroom, master bath, kitchen and the balcony. C'YA

Here's the Little Kicker Himself

These are mine and Ben's favorite pictures of little Nick, so far. This was 20 weeks. I'm not sure if they will do an ultrasound here or not. I'm at 32 weeks now and my next appt. is next wed on the 19th. Ben and I went to our first child birth class tonight. The class is called Health pregnacy, Healthy baby. So far neither one of us has learned anything new but we still have 7 more classes to go of 3 hrs each. There are quite a few people in the class so maybe we will make some new friends too!?

Nubis Naked Back!

So here is Nubis! In light of his 6th Birthday that just recently pasted on the 10th of July I thought it would be appropriate to get him a spot on the blog. Some have seen this picture, others have not, the reason his back is shaved is because his hair was matting up and the vet said he was too over weight to reach his back and clean it. She then shaved if for him. This was done on march 11th and his hair still to this day has not fully grown back yet. He weighed in at 17.5 lbs, and I did catch him once cleaning his back!( So he can reach it) Ha Ha!

Pug meet at the beach!

Ozzie had a blast at the dog beach,
he didn't like the water much but he did get in to cool off a couple of times. There were so many pugs running around he didn't know what to do with himself. He wanted to catch the pugs that were running free. We all three had a blast at the beach, but it got really hot so we came home to cool off. While we were walking back to the Jeep, Ozzie's little paws got too hot in the sand. He sat down and started whinning at me because his feet hurt. So I had to pick up his little pug butt, and carry him back to the Jeep. He slept pretty much all the way home, pug meet up day at the beach must have really wore him out!

Nursery

WE finally got the pictures up in the baby room. So me being the picture person that I am had to get some pictures. Erica and I are getting really excited, we enrolled in the American Red Cross Healthy pregnancy, Healthy Babies class. It should be pretty cool, and next week I get to go to Boot Camp for New Navy Dads.

Were still slowly getting the stuff we need for the baby, when ever we can afford it. The one thing we cant find is a regular rocking chair. Later

Bath Time

Erica thought it was funny a cat bathing in the sink. HA HA

Pugs at the beach

We went to the dog beach this morning for the monthly pug meeting. It wasn't really a meeting, just a whole bunch of pugs hanging out at the beach. We had a good time and I'm sure that Erica will write more about it. Just thought I'd put this pic up, Ozzie doesn't like the ocean that much but he needed to cool down, it was about 87 degree's out. Nice and sunny but now the top of my feet are burnt. We'll more to come. Laters!!!
