Backyard Camping

Well I have been promising Erica for a long time like 6 years that we would go camping and the weekend finally came. We went camping in the great wide open of our backyard. We even had a great camp dinner of Pizza and chips for the kids and chicken Nachos for Erica and I. Ahhhh the convenience of home with the allure of tent sleeping. We even broke out the fire pit and roasted some marshmallows. The kids went to sleep without a fuss and Erica and I got to sit and enjoy the fire. All and all a nice quiet evening in the great outdoors. Enjoy.

The Beach

It's weird we live in this beautiful sunny place and we hardly ever make it to the beach. Not sure why, maybe it is because we make such a huge event out of it cabanas, lunch, drinks, toys, towels and of course sunscreen. The only one of us who got sun was Erica and that's because she wanted to. Other than that the kids had a blast finding crabs, filling up the wagon with water and of course chasing the seagulls. Erica and I had fun walking the beach, picking up shells and building sand castles. The water was warm the sun was shining pretty much the perfect beach day. What sweetened it even more was that the kids crashed out as soon as they got in the van. Enjoy.

Zipline TERROR!!!!

Well not really, she didn't get stuck or anything, there where no malfunctions but she did have a great time. Again thanks to Lincoln mil housing this was completely free for Erica. Which is a good thing because just one ride down that thing is $70 not counting the free catered lunch by the water. Erica had a great time the kids had a great time what more could you ask for.
