My my my this family is growing up too quick. Connor is already 4 we had a small little family party on his actually birthday and he opened presents and went out to eat on Saturday. We are planning a double party for Nick and Connor when Erica's parents are here so this was like the warm up. I even had to add a picture at the end that he took of one of his presents. Enjoy

The wanna be chocolate factory
Another free event from the housing community. It was held at a country club about 30 miles away, they had umpaloompas running around, and a room that was filled with nothing but candies, cookies and doughnuts the kids dream come true. They even waited in line for over an hour to get in those ball things. I think the greatest thing about this trip was the timing and the location it was absolutely perfect for pictures enjoy.

Connor da photographer!
Well I was guessing that one of the three would follow suit. I always take pictures and Connor just seems to always be right there next to me when I do he seems to always be curious about what the different buttons do and why I take pictures of the things I do. He seems to always end up with my camera here are some of his most recent escapades. Enjoy.

What every little boy needs
A bow and arrow. We decided to make a weekend project out of this so we got some nice redwood and oak slats from lowes. Well unless you make the bow really long there was no way Nick was going to be able to draw it back. Then I broke it trying to string it. Probably better anyways it broke before giving it to Nick. So we ended up using the pine wooden dowls that we had for the arrows as the bow itself. So $1.50 for the dowls, $2 for the jute string and $5 on shoelaces one leather and one regular we made Nick his first bundle bow. Even though he looks mad he is actually really excited to practice with it. Enjoy.
