Del Mar Throughbred Racing

Free tickets are wonderful, we scored some free tickets for the horse races in Del Mar from the owner of the Curve's that Erica goes to. Erica and I have never been to a horse race before. Other than it being a little hot out it was a fun experience. The kids were well behaved and enjoyed watching the horses go by, as well as the sights and smells of the BBQ. Erica and I even bet on a horse named Little Lizard but it didn't win or even place. The kids were so exhausted after we were done that they fell asleep with-in minutes of getting in the van.
