Drive

We went on a nice drive yesterday. It was raining but we got to see some of the burned areas from the fires in Oct. The grass is so green it looks like one of the crayons in the Crayola box, so unreal, but very bright and beautiful. You can see lots of trees that were burned too. The trunks are black, but some are still alive even thought they were affected by the fire. The sunset was very pretty too, the sky was lite up in a bright pink color where the sun came through the thinner clouds. There has been lots of rain, so there is lots of cloud cover. It was a nice evening. Very relaxing. Nick napped most of the way then to end it off when he woke up we stopped to get some ice cream. Yum!

Oh, and our ultrasound is on Feb 15. So if the baby cooperates we should be able to know if it's a boy or girl. Keep your fingers crossed, that it cooperates!
